**Customers must prepare concrete ground for BLOX home. It is not recommended to built a BLOX home on earth ground. Piling is recommended for Bangkok and suburban areas because the soil is soft. Building and assembly a BLOX home in the North and Northeast may not need piling work.
BLOX provides standard calculation for concrete ground preparation.
**Customer has to prepare waste water treatment system for a BLOX unit with bathroom.
